Starbucks: Decaf House Blend (Right Blend)

Microsoft has machines that automatically crush up coffee beans, brews them, and dispenses them into cups. At the top are two containers for the coffee beans, and you get to choose whethere you want the "left," "right," or "left/right" blend. My first coffee was the "left/right" ones., for the Starbucks machine (we have a Seattle's Best machine too).

I actually had the right blend coffee yesterday for my Monday morning blues. It being decaf, it wasn't very helpful. I almost fell asleep while my mentor was teaching me how to test my own application in Visual Studio.

I'm not a big fan of coffee. I've never had it until I started my internship here. The smell of coffee in the kitchen was just too tempting, so I HAD to try, since it was free and all. I've already tried the other two blends... and yeah... the Right Blend (or Decaf House Blend) was my least favorite.

There was no caffiene kick (that's the point, i know...) and it also took half a can of cream and sugar, plus a whole carton of milk to make it flavorable. By the end I just felt like I was drinking sugar. Lots and lots of sugar. I think I had a sugar high because I honestly was about to crash.

I also had another drink yesterday... guess what that was? COKE! Read more in that post.
